Earthbreaking for Bilal Heights, New Metro City’s first commercial plaza to begin construction took place today at New Metro City site in Kharian-Sarai Alamgir. The ceremony was overseen by BSM Developers CEO Bilal Bashir Malik, Executive Director Zaroon Masood and Executive Director Land Management, Pir Fakhar uz Zaman Gillani.
